Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. Develop and present clear, compelling insurance proposals. Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy inception. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about Allstate products and industry trends to provide expert advice. Meet and exceed established sales goals through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
