We're looking for top ninjas in the area who have hustle, grit, and are hungry for deals. If you're that person, keep reading and apply. What You 'll Do: * Own and grow a qualified inbound + outbound sales pipeline * Follow up fast and intelligently with web leads, phone inquiries, and fleet requests * Build relationships with fleet buyers, contractors, transit managers , and small business owners * Manage and close deals using our CRM (HubSpot) with strong attention to detail * Represent the company in person and online with energy, accuracy, and professionalism * Work cross-functionally with our inventory, marketing, and delivery teams to close and fulfill deals * Report weekly KPIs around calls, meetings, offers, and closed sales What You Bring: * 3+ years' experience in technology or a consultative sales role or vehicle, equipment, or fleet sales preferred * Strong interest in cars, engines, or buses necessary * Strong closer with business development instincts and outbound confidence * Proactive, organized, and highly responsive to leads and customers * Strong communication skills -- phone, email, in-person * Comfortable with CRMs, quoting tools, and digital systems * Bonus: Knowledge of buses, trucks, or vocational vehicles Why It Matters: Every bus we sell helps a school move students, a church serve its mission, or an entrepreneur launch their dream.
