Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers at target companies, becoming a trusted advisor for their automation needs. * Collaborate with internal teams support, service, and management to deliver seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experiences. * Execute a strategic sales plan, achieving volume and profitability goals within your territory. * Drive new customer acquisition by leveraging lead management, prospecting, and outreach through phone, email, events, and campaigns. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and professional process. * Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to fuel data-driven decision-making and business growth. * Lead solution development efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams to address end-user needs effectively. Experience and Education Requirements: * Experience: At least 2 years of success in selling technical products, with knowledge of the inline automation industry being a major plus. * Communication: Strong presentation and persuasion skills, both written and verbal. * Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field. * Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. * Drive: Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow. * Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing prospecting plans and campaigns to drive results.
