Job Title 02 Service Electrician - Service & Sales (Base + Commission) Pay: Base + Commission Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Who We Are: MAD Energy NW is a growing electrical and energy services company based in Auburn, WA. Our Electrical Service Division is focused on customer-facing work. We are looking for an experienced 02 Electrician who is confident selling, pricing, and installing their own work. This role involves working with our customers to understand their electrical service and installation needs, finding solutions to fit the customer's budget, gaining client's trust, and negotiating as well as finalizing project details. This role is essential to MAD Energy NW's success and growth and we want the most innovative and inspiring people in this role. This position reports to our electrical dispatcher and sales manager. Position Overview: This is a hybrid role combining electrical service work and sales. This individual will be scheduled to meet directly with customers, identify needs, propose solutions, close the sale, and complete the installation. This is a commission-only position designed for a motivated electrician who wants control over their income and schedule.
