Overview: * Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls, assisting with billing inquiries, product questions, order status, service issues, and general account support. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach. * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. * Collaborate with the management and sales teams to stay current on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and industry updates. * Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and lead times to ensure a positive customer experience. * Resolve customer concerns efficiently while using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to retain accounts and drive repeat business. * Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities in company systems. * Contribute to company revenue goals by maximizing each customer interaction and consistently delivering value-based sales solutions.
