An established manufacturer of high-quality architectural and industrial components seeks a career-minded Regional Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a direct hire position offering stability and growth. * Location: Carson, CA * $ 75K+ per year base salary or depending on experience * Additional commission and bonus incentives * Excellent benefits package including 100% coverage for medical, dental, vision * 401K with matching Requirements of the Regional Account Manager: * Bachelor's degree * At least 3 years of professional sales experience * Preferred experience working with industrial OEMs and equipment fabricators, distributors, engineers, or designers * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Strong relationship building and negotiation skills * Working proficiency in MS Office Suites and CRM or other enterprise data systems * Team-oriented with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills * Must be willing to travel up to 50% Responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager: * Work with executive management to develop sales objectives and market penetration strategies * Establish new business relationships and continue to grow existing customer accounts * Attend tradeshows, channel partner exhibits, seminars, and trade association events * Prospect and secure projects with engineers, designers, industrial equipment fabricators, distributors, and OEMs * Continuous research of industry and competitive environment * Internal reporting and presentation: market analysis, sales figures, and project updates * Product and sales training for distributors' sales representatives * Other related duties as assigned Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Location: Carson, CA Architecture, manufacturing, industrial, interior design, cabinetry, construction, design, engineering, distributor, custom builders, fabricators, sales, marketing, customer service, sales, account management, territory manager, business development, Japan, quality.
