What You 'll Do As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll: * Manage and grow a personal lines book of business with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction. * Evaluate client coverages and recommend appropriate solutions. * Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day service needs. * Support Account Executives with new business development. * Build strong relationships with clients and carriers. What We 're Looking For * 1-3 years of personal lines insurance experience (agency or carrier). * Active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 12 months (company-paid). * Strong communication and organizational skills. * A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
