Territory Manager's Job Description: We are seeking a motivated individual to fill our role of Territory Manager - outside sales representative for our Greenville, SC based territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting our staffing services within the commercial construction industry and connecting our personnel with our clientele base and their needs. Territory Manager's responsibilities also include: * Sales, marketing, and business development * Strengthening and developing existing clientele relationships * Site visits and organizing/hosting customer functions * Identifying and placing qualified personnel * Recording end-to-end processes in CRM system * Servicing customers' requests and needs * Pre-Plan/Forecast growth in territory Lead Generation Requirements for the Territory Manager: * Commercial construction knowledge and previous CRM experience are a plus * Positive attitude, motivated self-starter, and ability to generate leads + close sales * Clean Driving Record * Ability to pass a drug screen * Ability to travel * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills What We Offer: * $60,000 salary and easy to understand commission structure (no cap) * Large geographic sales footprint and opportunity * 401K + Company match * Health Benefits * Company vehicle and expense account * Company phone and laptop * Commission paid first month If you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets, we encourage you to apply for the Territory Manager position About Us: Low Tech Investments/ Labor Source Companies is a privately owned, regional supplier of manpower in the southeastern region of the United States for the commercial construction industry.
