Fine Jewelry Sales Associate Hourly + Commission We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, client-focused, and committed to delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. Responsibilities * Provide personalized, high-end service to every client, ensuring a memorable and luxurious shopping experience. * Build strong client relationships through clienteling, follow-up communication, and repeat visits. * Demonstrate expert product knowledge across fine jewelry categories including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and designer collections. * Assist clients with custom orders, special requests, sizing, repairs, and after-purchase care. * Maintain showroom presentation standards, including product displays, cleanliness, and security protocols. * Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective selling techniques. * Process transactions accurately while adhering to company policies for handling high-value items. * Stay current on trends, new collections, and product training. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in fine jewelry sales (required). * Strong understanding of diamond grading, gemstone characteristics, and fine jewelry craftsmanship. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. * Professional, polished appearance and demeanor. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
