Company Overview: Gillis Real Estate, and Liberty Investments work together with a soul focus on the acquisition of property for real estate development, and the sale of new homes in the Greater Seattle Area. Through this effort, Liberty Investments acquires property and/or provides development services to property owners to redevelop their property. While Gillis Real Estate focuses on working through transactions for the acquisition, and the sale of finished homes. By working on the team, you'll gain experience and be part of projects from the acquisition, through construction and to the sale of the new homes. This will provide a huge learning opportunity to see the full cycle of projects which will position you with deep knowledge and understanding of the project that will be managed by the listing coordinator. Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned, licensed, Listing Coordinator to join the team to help with managing and maintaining our listings. This person would be working closely with our transaction manager and marketing manager to bring listings to market. Once on the market, the Listing Coordinator would help with scheduling open houses, collecting showing feedback and open house feedback. Putting together weekly listing reports, going to the property to drop off and pick up booties, boxes, fliers, brochures, cleaning kits, schedule and host broker open houses, attend home inspections if needed, attend punch walk throughs if needed, and regularly walk our listings to make sure they are staying clean and orderly for the best showing experiences. You'll be the operational backbone of the listing side of the business making sure every listing launches on time, every detail is correct, and every seller feels taken care of. This person needs to be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have a deep understanding of real estate transactions of different types. This is a role for someone who can run checklists, communicate clearly, and stay calm when things get busy. Range is 70K-100K+ * Paid vacation * Paid sick days Work Location: * Bellevue, WA Qualifications * Real estate license is a requirement * Minimum 4+ years in the real estate industry managing listings * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proven experience and ability to manage and maintain multiple listings at one time * Strong ability to multi task * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Experience with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, CRM's Responsibilities * Collaboration with transaction manager and marketing manager for what's in the pipeline and all prep needed to get listings live. * Walk projects under construction to familiarize yourself with the product getting sold * Scheduling open houses * Collecting showing feedback and open house feedback * Putting together weekly listing reports * Going to the property to drop off and pick up booties, boxes, fliers, brochures, cleaning kits * Schedule and host broker open houses * Attend home inspections if needed * Attend punch list walk through's with the builder, buyer agent and buyers if needed * Regularly walk our listings to make sure they are staying clean and orderly for the best showing experiences Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
