Position Overview I am a local Insurance agent with Shelter Insurance in the Oklahoma City Metro looking to hire a producer who is motivated, eager to serve others, willing to learn and has good people skills. Right now we have a team of two people including myself and we share an office with another agent, so being able to work mesh with our office is key. I will do everything I can to help you grow as an agent so that one day you can have the skills it takes to run your own agency if that is what you strive for. This is a salary plus commission based job with incentives for hitting quote numbers and selling life insurance.
