Job Overview Walker's Renton Subaru has an immediate need for internet and floor salespeople. The automotive sales industry is going through massive changes with an ever-increasing percentage of customers preferring to begin the shopping/buying process online rather than traditional methods. We need motivated, organized, customer service-oriented salespeople. Each salesperson is provided daily leads of customers actively looking to buy a car. We believe that good long-term salespeople are an investment for the future success of the company. This attitude is reflected with our pay plan (salary + commission + volume bonuses) which is one of the best in the business! We always look within the company first when a higher-level position becomes available with several of our department managers having started out in entry level positions. Duties * Utilize various online platforms to promote and sell products * Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide product information * Manage inventory control and update online listings accordingly * Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements with customers * Implement sales management strategies to meet or exceed sales targets * Utilize sales software to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions * Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and drive sales growth Requirements * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on phone etiquette * Experience in inventory control within an online sales environment * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer needs effectively * Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales deals * Proficiency in using sales software to manage leads and track performance * Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently * Willingness to learn!
