Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively. * Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM tools for managing client information efficiently. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued. * Background in insurance sales or financial services is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided. * Analytical skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable solutions. * Experience in marketing strategies or telemarketing campaigns is advantageous. * Knowledge related to handling confidential information is a plus. * Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
