Position Summary: This role requires: * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment * Excellent People and Communication skills * Great Sales skills and Follow-through * Efficient time management * Flexible and must be able to provide creative solutions and lead by example. * Enjoy working in fast paced environment. * Job Functions: * Maintain communication with existing customers. * Provide strong Customer Support * Research and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails and visits. * Provide and manage quotes to customers in a timely manner * Input Order Entries * Stay up to date with all Millwork 360 products and our competitors' products * Log Sales activity to report to General Manager * Assist with incoming phone calls. * Position Requirements/Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED * Understanding of salesmanship and professional customer service * Strong working knowledge of MS Suite * Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and dimensions * Ability to work well under pressure. * Able to work overtime when required, M-F * Skills/Abilities: * Positive, organized, and enthusiastic with ability to positively influence others. * Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong work ethic, self-starter and punctual * Ability to support, communicate and model Millwork 360's Vision, Mission and policies.
