Position Summary

: This role requires:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent People and Communication skills
• Great Sales skills and Follow-through
• Efficient time management
• Flexible and must be able to provide creative solutions and lead by example.
• Enjoy working in fast paced environment.
• Job Functions:
• Maintain communication with existing customers.
• Provide strong Customer Support
• Research and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails and visits.
• Provide and manage quotes to customers in a timely manner
• Input Order Entries
• Stay up to date with all Millwork 360 products and our competitors' products
• Log Sales activity to report to General Manager
• Assist with incoming phone calls.

Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Understanding of salesmanship and professional customer service
• Strong working knowledge of MS Suite
• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and dimensions
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to work overtime when required, M-F
• Skills/Abilities:
• Positive, organized, and enthusiastic with ability to positively influence others.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter and punctual
• Ability to support, communicate and model Millwork 360's Vision, Mission and policies.
