The ideal candidate will have prior sales management experience and demonstrated success in a high-volume showroom. We are seeking a talented leader who is tech savvy, process-oriented, customer-driven and high-energy! Prior experience managing used car sales, or the finance office are both pluses. WHAT WE OFFER * Full complement of health and insurance benefits * Immediate Paid Time Off (12,16, or 20 days annually) * Paid Holidays * Paid Parental Leave * 401(k) with Company match * Industry competitive pay plan RESPONSIBILITIES * Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team * Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process * Maintain CSI at or above company standards * Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network * Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals * Manage productivity of the sales department * Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions * Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years of dealership sales management experience required * Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a strong culture of team inclusivity * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries Qualified candidates should apply via our career site.
