Responsibilities

• Professionally engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
• Deliver dynamic in-person presentations to individual customers and business clients.
• Participate in daily strategy and goal-setting sessions with your team.
• Support the development of new sales initiatives to reach untapped market segments.
• Manage and track customer accounts, communication, and follow-ups using company tools.
• Follow through with prospects to close sales and foster long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive revenue and exceed sales goals.
• Represent Tempest Elite Group at professional networking events and community outreach activities.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of our service offerings and improve sales techniques through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No prior sales experience required - we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competitive spirit with a desire to achieve and exceed personal and team goals.
• Reliable transportation is required for on-site client engagement in Oklahoma City and Norman, Oklahoma
• Availability to work full-time hours, in our Norman office.
