Responsibilities * Professionally engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations. * Deliver dynamic in-person presentations to individual customers and business clients. * Participate in daily strategy and goal-setting sessions with your team. * Support the development of new sales initiatives to reach untapped market segments. * Manage and track customer accounts, communication, and follow-ups using company tools. * Follow through with prospects to close sales and foster long-term client relationships. * Collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive revenue and exceed sales goals. * Represent Tempest Elite Group at professional networking events and community outreach activities. * Continuously expand your knowledge of our service offerings and improve sales techniques through ongoing training. Qualifications * Must be 18 years of age or older. * No prior sales experience required - we provide comprehensive training. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Competitive spirit with a desire to achieve and exceed personal and team goals. * Reliable transportation is required for on-site client engagement in Oklahoma City and Norman, Oklahoma * Availability to work full-time hours, in our Norman office.
