The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a professional office environment, detail oriented, with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities * Establish and build customer relationships * Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage and changes * Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and policy changes * Stay informed on carrier products and industry standards * Prepare and maintain accurate summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals * Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues and policy interpretation * Collaborate with Producers in policy review and delivery * Contact clients regarding outstanding receivables; invoices clients; reviews and accurately maintains accounting history Qualifications * Minimum 1 year experience in a professional customer service role, insurance experience a plus. * Excellent customer service, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills * Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office * EPIC agency management system knowledge a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Highly organized with excellent time management skills * Strong computer and technology skills * Must be able to work on-site in Pigeon Forge, TN M-F 8:30-5 or 8-4:30
