• Greet customers and deliver an excellent in-store experience
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right device & plan
• Offer tablets, home internet, accessories, and protection plans
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Learn sales scripts, product knowledge, and execution playbooks
• Help maintain store appearance, merchandising, and opening/closing routines
