Commercial Lines/Trucking Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lines/Trucking Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting a growing trucking business and ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial lines insurance, particularly in trucking, and will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of trucking accounts. * Handle client support, policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance. * Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients. * Prepare RFPs for renewals and negotiate pricing and coverage enhancements. * Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients. * Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software for account management. Qualifications/Requirements * Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. * Experience : Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on trucking accounts preferred. * Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software. * Soft Skills : * Exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational abilities. * Team-oriented mindset.
