As a Roofing Sales Representative , you'll take full ownership of generating your own leads, building your book of business, and guiding homeowners through the roofing process. What You 'll Do * Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach, community events, networking, and referrals * Inspect roofs, identify storm or age-related damage, and educate homeowners on next steps * Present repair or replacement options and close contracts * Assist homeowners with insurance-claim processes when applicable * Build, manage, and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects * Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and energy * Become a trusted expert in your territory and local communities What We 're Looking For * A self-starter with a hunter mentality--no fear of knocking doors * Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions * Previous sales or D2D experience is a strong plus, but not required * Ability to learn quickly, stay motivated, and work independently * Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally * High integrity, strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to succeed What We Offer * Uncapped commission income -- you control your paycheck * $60,000 -$150,000+ annually (top reps can exceed this) * High-quality roofing + sales training * Supportive leadership and a winning company culture * Freedom to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline * Clear advancement opportunities as we continue to grow Your success = your effort.
