Community Relations Director - Western PA Full-Time | Competitive Pay & Benefits Do you thrive on building relationships, connecting people, and making a real impact in your community? Liken Home Care is seeking a Community Relations Director to expand and nurture referral sources across Western Pennsylvania while representing our mission: helping seniors, the recovering ill, and the disabled live independently with dignity and support. What You 'll Do * Develop and maintain strong referral networks with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community organizations. * Build and execute sales plans to bring in new business and maintain existing accounts. * Conduct educational seminars, presentations, and outreach to promote home care services. * Represent Liken Home Care at networking events, business organizations, and community functions. * Collaborate closely with our internal team to align marketing and recruitment efforts. * Track and report on inquiries, referrals, and outcomes while maintaining a strong CRM database.
