Liken Home Care is seeking a Community Relations Director to expand and nurture referral sources across Western Pennsylvania while representing our mission: helping seniors, the recovering ill, and the disabled live independently with dignity and support. What You 'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong referral networks with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community organizations.
• Build and execute sales plans to bring in new business and maintain existing accounts.
• Conduct educational seminars, presentations, and outreach to promote home care services.
• Represent Liken Home Care at networking events, business organizations, and community functions.
• Collaborate closely with our internal team to align marketing and recruitment efforts.
• Track and report on inquiries, referrals, and outcomes while maintaining a strong CRM database. What We 're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of proven success in sales, marketing, or community relations.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and public speaking skills.
• Proactive, approachable, and comfortable building lasting professional relationships.
• Organized, team-oriented, and driven to meet goals.
• Passion for helping people access quality care services.
