Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively promote our advanced bolting systems and solutions to industrial clients, develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand our presence in assigned territories. Your passion for sales combined with technical knowledge will drive growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to industrial clients' specific applications. * Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize market penetration and sales growth. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability. * Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating new leads. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within industrial or manufacturing sectors. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively. * Expertise in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques. * Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for customer relationship management and analysis. * Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities. * Knowledge of industrial bolting systems or related technology sales is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills for product demos, presentations, and client interactions. * Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for territory growth.
