With a focus on innovation and quality, we take pride in our diverse portfolio of products that reflect our commitment to excellence. * Job Summary As a Retail Sales Specialist you will support the State Manager in executing sales initiatives, event activations, and ad-hoc account support. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting distributor representatives. * Key Responsibilities * Assist in merchandising efforts at key accounts, ensuring brand presence, and proper product displays. * Drop off supplies, samples, and point-of-sale materials to accounts as needed. * Lead the execution of on and off-premise promotional events from start to finish, ensuring brand representation and consumer engagement. * Collaborate closely with area sales managers and distributors to ensure smooth product distribution and support. * Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Stateside Brands at all events and activations. * Required Qualifications: * Minimum age of 21, with a valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to lift and transport cases of product and POS materials. * Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for the alcohol industry and brand-building. * RAMP certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire. * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the alcohol industry, sales, or event marketing is a plus. * Previous experience working with distributors or in merchandising roles. * Military experience is a plus. * Compensation * Estimated Base Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 USD. * Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications. * The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
