We are looking for a high-performing, people-first Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our in-home sales team during a period of rapid growth. You will be responsible for developing top talent, driving consistent sales performance, improving close rates, and building a world-class sales culture. Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to team results * Total earnings range: $130k-$220k+ depending on performance * Flexible schedule * Uncapped bonus potential * Warm inbound leads provided to the team * Strong operational, marketing, and training support * A winning, growth-oriented culture Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home Sales Representatives. * Drive team performance in close rate, average job size, revenue, and customer experience. * Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, and weekly coaching sessions to improve skill and consistency. * Ensure the team follows best practices in consultative selling, proposal presentation, and follow-up. * Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as the company scales. * Track performance metrics and use data to improve results. * Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth handoff and customer satisfaction. * Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Qualifications * Proven success in sales leadership (home improvement or in-home sales strongly preferred). * Track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams. * Strong coaching mindset -- you enjoy developing people, not just managing numbers. * High professionalism with excellent communication and leadership presence. * Comfortable using CRM, mobile sales tools, and performance dashboards. * Ability to travel locally for ride-alongs and in-field coaching. * A growth mindset with a passion for learning, improvement, and excellence.
