Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home Sales Representatives.
- Drive team performance in close rate, average job size, revenue, and customer experience.
- Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, and weekly coaching sessions to improve skill and consistency.
- Ensure the team follows best practices in consultative selling, proposal presentation, and follow-up.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as the company scales.
- Track performance metrics and use data to improve results.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth handoff and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales leadership (home improvement or in-home sales strongly preferred).
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Strong coaching mindset -- you enjoy developing people, not just managing numbers.
- High professionalism with excellent communication and leadership presence.
- Comfortable using CRM, mobile sales tools, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to travel locally for ride-alongs and in-field coaching.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning, improvement, and excellence. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
