Field Sales Representative Responsibilities * Visit assigned residential areas to introduce AT&T's fiber internet and communication services as a Field Sales Representative * Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and guide them through features, benefits, promotions, and sales options * Represent AT&T with professionalism and integrity during every interaction * Use a mobile device to complete customer enrollments and follow AT&T's compliance and data-entry standards * Provide daily updates to your Field Sales Representative team regarding activity, lead progress, and completed sales * Attend team meetings and product training sessions to stay up to date on service changes, promotions, and sales best practices * Follow company and client guidelines throughout the sales cycle to maintain accuracy and transparency Field Sales Representative Requirements * Strong face-to-face communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude * Willingness to learn new sales techniques and take feedback * Ability to problem-solve and stay professional when speaking with customers * Self-motivated with the drive to reach personal and team sales goals * Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required * Comfortable using a mobile device or tablet for enrollments and tracking * Professional, reliable, and trustworthy--you represent both Corral Consultants and AT&T Field Sales Representative Position Details: * Company Name : Corral Consultants * Position Type : Full-Time, W4 Employee * Work Location : This is an entry-level, in-person role based out of our Houston office. This role is fully on-site and not remote. * Products/Services: You will be promoting and selling AT&T wireless and internet services & packages. * Compensation : This is an entry-level, commission-based position where your earnings are directly tied to your effort and performance. With training and ongoing support, team members typically earn between $800 and $1,400 per week, depending on individual results.
