Full description of the position

This is a full-time position. Your Day-to-Day * Research, identify and qualify all sales leads based on a specific qualification * New account acquisition through multiple prospecting activities including cold calls, referrals, and qualified leads * Sell using a consultative approach to build a trusted-partner relationship with clients * Develop sales campaigns and deliver engaging virtual presentations to prospective clients * Exhibit effective closing skills to bring proposals and solutions forward into contract negotiations and account purchase * Nurture relationships post-sale on an ongoing basis to ensure high client satisfaction * Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls and emails with a focus on generating business from new and existing business prospects * Accurately track all customer interactions and deal-related activities on internal CRM * Meet or exceed ambitious individual and team revenue targets * Communicate customer feedback to leadership to assist in vision and strategic planning Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communication, or Education major preferred) * CRM experience is preferred (knowledge of HubSpot a plus) * Minimum 3+ years sales experience with a demonstrated track record of quota/goal attainment. Education sales experience is a plus * Knowledge of all aspects related to the sales process * Ability to learn and break down complex features of the software to a prospect who may not be well versed in technology * Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or GSuite * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills * Burning desire to win Desired Skills & Abilities * Motivated, competitive, energetic self-starter with proven business-to-business sales experience in a fast-growth environment * Results-driven: Ability to self-motivate and drive to aggressive revenue targets * Performance focused: Must have a strong work ethic with personal accountability as a major driver * Sales skills: Experience with customer-oriented, solutions-led, consultative selling techniques * Business development skills: Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop and win new business * Relationship skills: Senior level relationship development and management skills * Negotiation skills: Negotiation skills in the process of converting opportunities to sales * Communication and listening skills: Being engaging, persuasive, and active listening are essential both virtually and in-person * Presentation skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations with a clear-cut call to actions that resonate with customers email us at [please apply online].
