What We 're Looking For: * 2+ years in landscape maintenance or related industry (commercial focus preferred) * Proven sales mindset -- you're driven, persuasive, and not afraid of cold calls or knocking on doors * Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly and confidently * Organized and familiar with estimating basics, proposals, and sales follow-up * Experienced using CRM tools and managing your own pipeline * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a performance-based role What You 'll Do: * Own and grow a book of business focused on commercial landscape maintenance clients * Build strong relationships through regular site visits, proactive communication, and value-driven recommendations * Identify opportunities to upsell enhancements, seasonal services, and design-build projects * Hunt and close new commercial accounts (HOAs, retail centers, office parks, etc.) * Partner with production teams to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction * Track activity, pipeline, and results in CRM software What 's In It for You: * Competitive base salary + commission structure * Uncapped earning potential tied directly to your results * Company vehicle during work hours * Supportive production and ops teams to help you deliver on promises * A strong brand and business with longevity
