Director of Business Development (North America) Offshore Technologies Services Limited (OTS) is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to expand our U.S. presence in the Commissioning, Start-Up, Operations, and Maintenance sectors. OTS delivers pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations and maintenance and systems completions services across multiple industries throughout North America. * Oil & Gas (Offshore & Onshore) * Mining & Minerals * Renewable Energy * Petrochemical If you thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and know how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships, this is your chance to make a real impact. The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Business Development will take the lead in driving OTS' growth across the U.S. This is a high-impact role for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and delivering measurable success across key markets. Working closely with the Corporate Team, you will help shape bold sales strategies, pursue high-value opportunities, and position OTS as a trusted, go-to partner in the energy and industrial services sectors. You'll be on the front lines of growth. Engaging clients through dynamic presentations, expanding OTS' market presence at industry events and networking opportunities, and driving momentum through strategic outreach. This role also includes leading the RFP, EOI, and sales inquiry processes, supporting marketing and communications initiatives, and traveling regularly to connect with current and prospective clients. What You 'll Be Driving * Grow and strengthen key client relationships * Identify and close new business opportunities across North America * Lead and mentor a high-performing Business Development team * Develop and execute aggressive, results-focused sales strategies * Own the RFP, EOI, and sales inquiry process from lead to close * Deliver compelling client presentations to senior decision-makers * Track pipeline activity and performance using CRM systems * Partner with Marketing to elevate OTS' brand presence * Represent OTS at conferences, trade shows, and industry events * Travel regularly to meet with current and prospective clients * Drive revenue growth aligned with OTS' strategic goals Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Technical field (preferred) * Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas or industrial services industry * Commissioning experience/knowledge preferred * At least 5 years of sales experience within the U.S. market * Strong technical knowledge of commissioning, operations, and maintenance services * Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Confident delivering formal, face-to-face client presentations * Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills Compensation A competitive compensation package will be provided in alignment with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
