About Us: We are a growing, locally owned fence installation company serving residential and commercial clients in the Tacoma and South Seattle area. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and a seamless customer experience from estimate to installation. Job Description: We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Consultant to join our team. You'll meet with qualified leads provided by our office, conduct on-site consultations, and close sales for fencing projects. This is a great role for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and is motivated by performance- based earnings -- without the pressure of generating their own leads. Responsibilities: * Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely and professional manner * Conduct on-site consultations, take accurate measurements, and assess client needs * Provide detailed estimates and present fencing solutions tailored to customer preferences * Close sales and ensure proper handoff to the installation and operations team * Maintain records of customer interactions and updates in CRM * Stay informed about different fence types, materials, and pricing What We Provide: * Qualified leads (no cold-calling or canvassing required) and appointment scheduling * Office and software support for scheduling, estimates, and backend operations * Company vehicle for attending appointments * Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential * Training on products, pricing, and sales process * High-quality workmanship that makes selling easier Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction industry a plus) * Self-motivated and organized * valid driver's license * Comfortable using mobile apps and basic technology for estimates and communication * Knowledge of fencing materials and installation (or willingness to learn) Compensation: * 100% Commission-Based * Commissions paid on completed and paid jobs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Company car * Paid time off * Paid training Application Question(s): * Do you have at least 2 years of construction related experience?
