Previous dealership experience and familiarity with luxury vehicle sales are highly valued. Duties * Engage in outbound sales efforts to attract new clients and expand the sales pipeline for pre-owned luxury vehicles. * Conduct B2B sales interactions, establishing relationships with corporate clients and repeat customers. * Utilize software to manage customer information, track leads, and follow up effectively. * Demonstrate vehicles' features through compelling public speaking and personalized presentations. * Negotiate deals confidently, leveraging sales management techniques and retail math skills to close high-value transactions. * Upsell additional services, warranties, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. * Maintain accurate inventory management and assist with inventory control processes. * Help with pictures or even car detailing especially for the first few weeks. * Provide excellent customer service , ensuring a seamless buying experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. * Support dealership operations by maintaining organized records, managing appointments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Requirements * Proven experience in sales , particularly in high-end , luxury , or pre-owned vehicle markets but training is availible. * Strong background in outside sales , with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking. * Excellent communication skills , including phone etiquette , active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities. * Proficiency with CRM software , inventory management systems, and basic retail math skills. * Demonstrated ability in negotiation , upselling, and closing deals effectively. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities efficiently. * Prior auto detailing experience. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a passion for automobiles are essential.
