In this role, you will: * Be the first contact for showroom visitors, making them feel welcome and understood. * Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the Sales Manager. * Provide accurate information about our products and services. * Maintain the showroom in a clean and presentable condition. * Process client paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. * Follow up with clients after their visit to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. You're a perfect fit if you have: * High energy and a passion for exceeding expectations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A track record of success in customer service (1-2 years preferred). * Strong organizational and clerical skills. * Solid phone experience.
