Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our retail team. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and maintaining a well-organized display. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections * Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits * Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities * Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times * Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with customers during face-to-face engagement.
