Sales Representative Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with residents and promote our mission. * Communicate effectively with the public to share information about our initiatives and gather feedback. * Utilize strong negotiation skills to encourage participation and support from community members. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and report back on community sentiments and feedback. * Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve canvassing techniques. Sales Representative Experience * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising is preferred but not required. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse communities. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds. * Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
