Sales Associate - Flooring & Design (OKC Metro) Join our team at one of our three family owned flooring stores in the Oklahoma City metro! We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented Sales Associate who's eager to learn, grow, and make a great living helping homeowners transform their spaces. No flooring experience? No problem. We'll train you on everything you need to know about flooring products, design, and installation. What matters most is your positive attitude, outgoing personality, and drive to succeed. What You 'll Do * Build strong relationships with customers--our approach is simple: make friends first, then help them find the perfect floor. * Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Help customers fall in love with their new flooring design. * Overcome objections, negotiate confidently, and close the sale. * Generate new business through social media, Facebook Marketplace, networking events, and community outreach. * Manage leads from digital marketing, repeat customers, and referrals. Who We 're Looking For * Friendly, outgoing, and competitive--someone who loves to win but keeps the customer's best interest first. * A self-starter who thrives in a team environment. * Sales or service experience is a plus--especially in roles like retail, bartending, serving, insurance, or door-to-door sales. * Comfortable using technology (Word, Excel, CRM systems). * Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills. * Reliable, professional, and dependable, with reliable transportation. Schedule * Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM The stores include Big Bob's Flooring Outlet, Carpet Depot and Floor Pro.
