Hawai'i Lei Stand by Beretania Florist is Hawai'i's premier fresh lei and tropical flower shipping company, providing ecommerce gifting services to customers nationwide. Our handmade floral products are carefully selected and packaged for weddings, graduations and other memorable life events. A surprising fun fact: Hawai'i Lei Stand has an active customer base in every state. As you might imagine, finding fresh lei and tropicals on the Mainland is not as easy as running to your neighborhood Longs Drugs. We expedite lei shipping to customers everyday and are looking for you to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized sales and operations team member to join our company of multiple in-house brands: Hawai'i Lei Stand, Hawai'i Confectionery and Beretania Florist. As a member of our team, your position will be multifaceted: Sales - Interface with customers in all matters related to sales in a friendly and professional manner. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: taking customer orders by phone and in store, correspondence by email and chat, and customer troubleshooting. Maintaining customer satisfaction is our goal. Operations - Provide operational support with tasks that include warehouse upkeep, clerical duties, and packing customer orders with care. Qualifications: The ideal Hawai'i Lei Stand Sales and Operations Team Member will have a passion for harmony in their work environment, and is committed to providing the highest level of service. Flexibility, organization and a positive attitude are key for candidates as our volume fluctuates depending on the season. High-volume holidays and events impact our daily order volume.
