This pivotal role is critical to the firm's expansion. If you are passionate about helping clients navigate their immigration journey and thrive in a results-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply. * Key Responsibilities * Sell prospective clients on hiring the firm and the quality service provided. * Actively drive firm growth by efficiently converting potential clients into retained clients. * Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' specific immigration needs and explore suitable legal options. * Gather detailed information on client goals and challenges through active listening. * Present clear, concise information about relevant case types and immigration solutions. * Consult with Attorneys and/or Consult Leads to ensure accurate case assessment and guidance. * Build strong initial client relationships by fostering trust and clear communication. * Manage the financial component by facilitating the efficient collection of initial payments to secure engagement. * Guide clients through the contract signing process, ensuring complete understanding of all terms. * Required Qualifications * Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). * Demonstrated experience in a Sales role. * Previous experience in a Customer Service environment. * Note to Recruiters and Third-Party Agencies:* We truly appreciate your interest and the work you do to support talent acquisition.
