REMAX Hawai'i is seeking a driven and client-focused Real Estate Team Member to join our High-Performing Team. Responsibilities: * Conduct home tours and showings for prospective buyers * Assist clients throughout the buying and selling process * Manage client expectations and provide expert guidance * Support the team with real estate administrative duties as needed * Maintain knowledge of local neighborhoods, market trends, and inventory * Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: * Active Hawai'i Real Estate License * Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented * Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Compensation & Benefits: * Salary: $50,000 - $75,000/year, based on experience and performance * Additional Earning Potential: includesreferral fees, team bonuses, and performance-based incentives * Full benefits available (medical and vision negotiable depending on salary and experience) * Professional development and coaching opportunities * Collaborative, high-energy team environment Schedule: * Full-time * 5 days per week * Weekend availability required Work Location: * Multiple office locations across Oahu and Maui * In-person position (remote work not available) About REMAX Hawai 'i: Celebrating over 21 years of excellence, REMAX Hawai'i has grown from a small Kaimuki office to six locations across Oahu and Maui, including Kahala, Kailua, Kakaako, Haleiwa, Kapolei, and Wailuku.
