Qualifications: * Used Car Manager experience in a high-volume dealership with a proven track record of success (3-5 Years of experience required). * Ability to develop and motivate a team of top performers. * Used car inventory management (Pricing cars, appraising trades, buying inventory at auction, displaying and marketing used vehicles, wholesale and retail used car sales). * V-Auto and E Leads experience (preferred). * Ability to work deals from A to Z.
