Not because he cracked the whip harder, but because he built something different. And now, we're looking for a General Manager who wants to be part of something real. Not someone who needs to prove how tough they are or chase unrealistic numbers. We want someone who can keep the workflow smooth, support a team of 8 techs and 3+ service advisors, and help us maintain the culture we've worked so hard to build. HERE'S WHAT WE OFFER OUR GENERAL MANAGER: * $115K -$165K total compensation * 95% employer-paid health insurance (Dental and vision included) * 3% profit-sharing contribution to your Safe Harbor 401(k) after 6 months (whether you contribute or not--it's automatic) * 8 paid holidays + 1 floater day * 2 weeks PTO * Monday -Friday only. No weekends. No exceptions. 5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!) - We want your life to work inside and outside of the shop. Monday through Friday only--no exceptions. Recharge over the weekend by doing the things you love and spending time with your family and friends. You know when to jump in (run a part, answer phones, sell work) and when to step back and let people do their jobs. You understand the numbers, but you're not ruled by them - You know how to read a P&L and track KPIs, but you're not the type to lose your mind if gross profit is 1% off. You focus on sustainable performance, not unrealistic quotas.
