*Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction * Advise applicants on visa documentation requirements and assist in completing necessary paperwork. Sales and Revenue Management * Support the achievement of sales targets by promoting visa services and additional offerings. * Identify opportunities to upsell services like insurance, hotels, tickets, forex, and SIM cards and other offerings as updated from time to time. * Help develop and implement sales promotions. Operations and Compliance * Monitor sales deliverables to ensure quality standards are met. * Maintain sales records, submit daily reports, and manage cash transactions. Key Services * Promote and assist with VIP Select, Elite Concierge, and Executive Premier services. * Provide support for travel medical insurance, trip insurance, and bank account registrations. * Assist with passport renewals and telecom services. * Offer document pre-verification, visa consultation, and application support. * Help with application filling, appointment scheduling, apostille, and notary services. * Provide support for value-added services like photocopying, printing, photographs, and courier services. Additional Responsibilities -: * Execute special assignments/projects assigned by reporting manager. Critical Competencies * Prioritize quality and strive for customer service excellence. * Consistently deliver results and meet established targets. * Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Maintain digital literacy and proficiency in relevant software tools. Education * Minimum 12 years of formal education.
