About Gen-Systems Gen-Systems, a Jereh Group company , delivers mobile turbine power, large- scale gas generation, microgrids, and BESS-integrated solutions for mission- critical infrastructure. As hyperscale and AI data centers push beyond grid limits, Gen-Systems partners directly with owners, developers, EPCs, and infrastructure suppliers to deliver fast, flexible, non-utility power strategies. This role supports our focused expansion into the U.S. data center ecosystem. This Is Not a Traditional Sales Role We are not looking for a transactional seller or cold-start business developer. We are hiring an Account Manager who already has trusted, working relationships across the data center supply chain -- someone who understands how projects move from concept to funding to execution, and can help our team get inside the right conversations quickly. If your background includes selling to data centers (not just for one data center), this role is built for you. What You 'll Do * Leverage existing relationships with data center owners, developers, EPCs, and infrastructure suppliers * Engage decision-makers on power availability, redundancy, emissions, and speed-to-power challenges * Introduce mobile turbines, large-scale gas systems, microgrids, and BESS-integrated solutions * Act as a connector and relationship owner , not a cold prospector * Guide opportunities from introduction -> technical alignment -> proposal -> commercial agreement * Coordinate with internal engineering and delivery teams to align solutions with N+1 / N+2 reliability expectations * Represent Gen-Systems in high-level, strategic discussions (not commodity selling) * Attend select, high-impact data center and infrastructure events Who This Role Is For You likely have experience inside or alongside the data center ecosystem, such as: * Selling cooling systems, generators, power equipment, chips, infrastructure materials, or controls to data centers * Holding an account or partnerships role at a data-center supplier, EPC, or engineering firm * Supporting multiple data center clients across regions (not just one operator) Required Qualifications * 5+ years working with data center operators, developers, or suppliers * Active relationships across hyperscale and/or colocation data centers (required) * Understanding of data center power architecture, redundancy, and uptime requirements * Experience engaging EPCs, engineering consultants, or infrastructure investors * Ability to travel ~50% domestically * Based in or able to commute to Houston, TX Strongly Preferred Background Experience or relationships involving: Data Center Operators * Digital Realty, Equinix, CyrusOne, QTS, STACK, NTT, Vantage, Aligned, Switch, Iron Mountain, CoreSite EPCs & Engineering Firms * Jacobs, AECOM, Burns & McDonnell, Black & Veatch, DPR, HITT, Kiewit Data Center Suppliers * Power, cooling, electrical, mechanical, or infrastructure systems supporting data centers Technical Exposure (sales experience not required) * Turbines, large generators, microgrids, BESS, or mission-critical power systems Education * Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Why This Role Is Different * Direct visibility with executive leadership * Backed by Jereh Group , a global energy technology leader * High-impact role during AI-driven data center expansion * Competitive base salary + performance incentives * Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match , PTO * Opportunity to shape how next-generation data centers secure power Job Details * Job Type: Full-time * Location: Hybrid - Houston, TX 77049 * Travel: ~50% * Industry: Data Centers / Power / Infrastructure Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * data center power systems: 3 years (Required) * data center operator relationships: 3 years (Required) * working with hyperscale clients: 3 years (Required) * hyperscale or colocation data centers: 3 years (Required) * EPC or critical infrastructure projects: 3 years (Required) * mobile turbines or BESS systems: 3 years (Required) * selling mission-critical power solutions: 3 years (Required) * N+1 / N+2 reliability design: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Houston, TX 77049 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77049
