Position Overview We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to work from our on-site office, supporting clients through phone and video consultations. This inside sales position focuses on pre-qualified leads , allowing representatives to concentrate on consultative selling rather than cold outreach. Comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship are provided. This role is well-suited for individuals with an interest in insurance sales, customer service, or consultative sales , who are comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
