What You 'll Do: * Meet with pre-qualified leads in-home and on-site * Educate customers on our floor coating solutions * Deliver professional estimates and close high-value deals * Collaborate with install teams for flawless project delivery * Represent the Wise brand with energy and integrity Pay & Incentives: $85,000-$175,000/year with base + commission. High performers are earning $150K+. No commission-only. Schedule & Location: Full-time, in-person. Service area includes Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland.
