Invictum, Inc a sales and business consulting firm, is seeking a motivated AT&T Sales Specialist to support AT&T Business clients in the East Liberty area. This role serves as a key point of contact for business customers, delivering clear, informed guidance and ensuring a seamless service experience. As an AT&T Sales Specialist, you will work directly with businesses to understand their operational needs and recommend appropriate AT&T solutions. This includes assisting clients with productivity and connectivity offerings such as wireless business plans, secure cloud-based tools, and integrated communication services. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high- quality service that helps businesses operate more efficiently. *AT &T Sales Specialist Responsibilities: * Support AT&T Business clients by handling wireless and fiber service inquiries, resolving account issues, and ensuring a smooth experience * Recommend service plans, devices, and promotions that align with each business and customers goals, usage needs, and budget. * As an AT&T Sales Specialist, you will set up new accounts by verifying documents, confirming eligibility, and coordinating activations to ensure timely onboarding. * Keep records accurate by logging all interactions, updating service milestones, and tracking account changes to support visibility and retention. * Review customer feedback and usage trends to identify upsell opportunities, suggest tailored solutions, and improve service delivery. * Work closely with fellow AT&T Sales Specialists and internal teams, like billing, tech support, and provisioning, to resolve issues quickly and uphold AT&T's standards for business client satisfaction. *AT &T Sales Specialist Qualifications: * Experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications role, retail role, or related experience * Time management skills * Detail oriented and organized * Ability to commute to office location * Communication skills to work with both business, customers and team members daily This position is an in-office role located in East Liberty and requires daily, on-site attendance.
