Full description of the position
We are a selection center & showroom for builders and homeowners. This position will work directly with the homeowners to assist them with their flooring needs and must have knowledge of the following products: carpet, engineered wood, laminate, LVT, LVP, vinyl & ceramic. The ideal candidate loves working with people, is organized, detail oriented, great communication skills, can work independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities include: - Greet customers entering store & how you can assist them. - Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments & responding to emails. - Work with suppliers, subcontractors, and homeowners on selection quotes. - Product knowledge to assist homeowners in finding the right product for their lifestyle. - Follow up on quotes and assist customer with any questions or concerns. - Dependable, punctual, coach-able, mature, positive, energetic team player. - Showroom maintenance, such as, keeping sample boards updated, priced and organized. Hourly rate + commission. Full-time Benefits include: Paid Holidays, PTO, Health insurance (90% employer paid), Dental insurance, Life & Disability insurance and 401k.
