This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced, growing industry. Responsibilities * Source and develop leads for new residential and commercial customers * Visit businesses and residences to assess needs and recommend solutions * Promote and sell intrusion, fire, access control, and video surveillance products * Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals * Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and terms * Maintain excellent communication and provide exceptional customer service * What We 're Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (required) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently * Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong punctuality and attendance * Basic computer knowledge * Preferred: * Industry experience in intrusion, fire, access control, or video surveillance * Previous outside sales experience * Benefits * Medical (HSA option available) * Dental & Vision coverage * Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance * Paid Vacation & Sick Time * 8 Paid Holidays * Supportive, family-oriented work culture Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
