Sales and Service Trainee (SST) Who we are: Auto-Chlor Services is a national leader in commercial cleaning and sanitizing equipment, specializing in the installation and maintenance of energy-efficient commercial dish washers and industrial laundry systems. As a Sales and Service Trainee, you will learn and support all routes as needed and perform service-related tasks. When not on route, you may be assisting with installation of a machine at a new account, rebuilding of machinery/equipment at the branch, or any other tasks assigned by your supervisor. Key Duties : * Route Driving: This position requires the operation of a company box truck. The potential candidate must have ability to obtain a CDL with hazmat endorsement after 90 days of hire & comply with DOT regulations. Safely operate the company vehicle, perform regular inspections and ensure vehicle is stocked with all necessary equipment needed to service accounts. Accurately prepare & complete any route paperwork. * Equipment Service: Perform mechanical preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery at customer locations. Act with a sense of urgency when responding to service calls. * Customer Service: Maintain open communication with customers, ensuring customer loyalty & satisfaction. Educate customers & provide training on any equipment or products as needed. * Account Management: Prepare invoices, collect payment and settle customer accounts as needed.
