Business Development Executive - Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive Base Salary + Commission Location Requirement: Candidates must live in or easily commute to Western Pennsylvania Work Environment: Remote with significant travel (up to 80%) The Opportunity Are you a sales professional who values relationships, thrives on closing deals, and wants to make a difference? This role offers a unique opportunity in a growing healthcare technology company in Western Pennsylvania, reshaping how skilled nursing and assisted living communities manage their staff. The company runs an online marketplace connecting reliable clinicians with healthcare providers, helping facilities lower costs, increase flexibility, and deliver quality care on their terms. What You 'll Do As a Business Development Executive, you'll lead sales efforts, creating connections, building trust, and driving growth within healthcare organizations.
